The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of software projects across a portfolio of clients.
Working within a technology consultancy, you will bring clients, developers, technical leads, QA specialists and other delivery disciplines together around a clear and achievable plan. You will be comfortable moving between strategic client conversations and the day-to-day detail required to keep delivery progressing.
This is a hands-on delivery role, with much of the role centred around helping clients shape requirements, define scope, break features down into clear user stories and tasks, and work with technical teams to produce realistic estimates and delivery plans.
You do not need to have a technical background, but you must be technically curious and confident discussing software, integrations, environments, releases and technical risks. A key part of the role is bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Please note. Candidates must reside in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this position

- Lead discovery and scoping, turning client objectives and ambiguous requests into clearly defined requirements.
- Break features down into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria that meet the team’s Definition of Ready.
- Translate technical subjects into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate client testing and UAT, ensuring feedback is understood, prioritised and resolved.
- Coordinate release planning, including readiness checks, dependencies, downtime, communications and go/no-go decisions.
Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement
- Create clarity across delivery teams, encouraging ownership, accountability and proactive communication.
- Promote good practices around ticket quality, documentation, decision recording and visibility of work.
- Support the teams and clients in learning from delivery challenges and improving future ways of working.
