He’s rowed across the Atlantic as skipper of team Hell Oar High Water, in The World’s Toughest Row. He’s an Ironman, a London Marathon runner, a Guinness World Record holder – and he even cycled Land’s End to John o’Groats (LEJoG) unsupported during Covid… you know, as you do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. All the while raising tens of thousands of pounds for multiple charities.

Perhaps most impressively, he’s managed all of this while raising a young family (not single-handedly, as he’d be quick to insist) - all alongside building a business from scratch. And this is just a small sample of his achievements… not that you would hear him talking about them.

I think I speak for us all when I say… “Chill out Chris - you’re making us all look bad!” 🤣

When we first spoke with Chris, it was clear he understood our vision immediately. He knew the direction True9 needed to take - and more importantly, he was excited to be part of the journey.

In Chris’s own words:
