Strengthening our Delivery Leadership: Tabitha Fogarty Promoted to Lead Delivery Manager
With International Women’s Day just around the corner, it feels like the perfect moment to formally recognise and celebrate Tabitha Fogarty’s promotion to Lead Delivery Manager at True9.
Tabs joined True9 in April 2024, building on a strong foundation from her time spent at Mastek, Answer Digital and the FCA. Across those organisations, she developed her craft, progressed through the ranks, and gained valuable experience in complex, fast-moving delivery environments. That grounding was evident from day one at True9.
At Answer Digital, Tabs led delivery on a major digital transformation programme for the Metrocentre Joint Diagnostic Centre in the North East, work that was praised for its pace and clarity and led to a wider implementation award. She also played a key role in delivering a pioneering Federated Learning AI platform in collaboration with NVIDIA, which went on to win Project Excellence - AI Project of the Year at the UK IT Industry Awards in 2023. Together, these experiences shaped her ability to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and keep delivery moving with confidence.
Since joining True9, Tabs has quickly become a trusted and highly capable presence across both internal delivery and client work. She's been comfortable operating in the thick of things from the start, balancing competing priorities, solving problems, and keeping complex programmes moving forward with clarity and calm.
What sets Tabs apart is her ability to combine structure with empathy. She brings rigour to how we plan and deliver work, while remaining collaborative, approachable, and deeply focused on how people experience delivery in practice.
